Applied Medical Technology are pleased to introduce two exciting new portable devices to our range of Crono ambulatory syringe pumps. These demonstrate the continued commitment to improvement and development by Cane, the leading manufacturer of truly portable syringe pump devices.

The Crono Twin has been developed at the request of a number of users to aid in large volume subcutaneous infusions.

Traditionally these systems have relied upon a large reservoir and multi-tube connection systems. The principal problem here is to ensure uniform administration through multiple sites.

These problems are eliminated by the dual syringe construction of this new product which will ensure uniform distribution between sites and at the same time provide an alarm if either delivery location becomes occluded.

These new products build upon the Cane Crono pumps' excellent reputation for simple, user friendly and reliable pumping systems which are widely used in a number of specialist areas throughout the UK. Using the more flexible software it is now possible to look at devices more tailored to an individual's clinical and management needs.
